Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper adhesion
- Apply powder coatings using spray techniques to achieve uniform coverage
- Monitor and control curing processes to achieve desired finish characteristics
- Conduct quality inspections to verify coating thickness, adhesion, and appearance
- Maintain coating tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Document production data and maintain quality records as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in powder coating or similar finishing processes preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating application methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
