Xurpas Inc. is looking for a skilled and analytical Power BI Administrator to join our growing technology team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between raw data and actionable business insights. We are offering a hybrid work arrangement, requiring you to be onsite two days a week to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
As a Power BI Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our business intelligence solutions. You will design interactive dashboards, develop complex data models, and ensure the accuracy and security of our reporting infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs.
- Optimize data models and DAX queries to ensure high performance and responsiveness of reports.
- Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain data security protocols and governance standards within the Power BI environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data connectivity issues and report errors for end-users.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Power BI Administrator, Data Analyst, or BI Developer.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.
