In this role, you will be the backbone of our data analytics infrastructure, ensuring that our Power BI environment is performant, secure, and accessible to stakeholders across the organization.
As our Power BI Administrator, you will manage gateway configurations, workspace security, and license management while championing best practices in data modeling and visualization. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Power BI tenant, including capacity monitoring, workspace management, and user access controls.
- Configure and monitor On-premises Data Gateways to ensure seamless data refresh and connectivity.
- Implement and maintain robust security policies, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot report performance and optimize DAX measures and data models.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
- Provide technical support and training to business users on Power BI report creation and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with Power BI service updates and implement new features that enhance organizational reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI Administration or as a BI Developer with strong administrative focus.
- Proficiency in managing Power BI Service, including Premium capacities and workspace architecture.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, Star Schema, and DAX query language.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other data warehousing technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., PL-300 or DP-500) is highly desirable.
