You will work directly with our US-based stakeholders, managing complex deployments, incident resolution, and driving automation initiatives that streamline business intelligence workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Power BI tenant environment, including gateway configurations, capacity monitoring, and workspace governance.
- Oversee end-to-end report and dashboard deployment lifecycles, ensuring adherence to CI/CD best practices.
- Proactively monitor platform performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization strategies to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical incidents and performance-related issues.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts (PowerShell/REST API) to streamline administrative tasks and platform monitoring.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols, data access policies, and row-level security (RLS) standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to report developers to ensure data modeling best practices are followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Administrator or Power BI Developer with strong admin focus.
- Deep understanding of Power BI architecture, including On-premises Data Gateways, capacity planning (Premium/Fabric), and security models.
- Proven expertise in platform automation using PowerShell or Power BI REST APIs.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex data refresh failures and connectivity issues within a corporate environment.
- Ability to work during US business hours (US Shift) with excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence and system scalability.
