Remote Raven is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Analyst & Dashboard Developer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw healthcare data and strategic decision-making, designing intuitive, high-impact dashboards that empower our leadership team to navigate the healthcare landscape effectively.
We are looking for a data storyteller who understands that a dashboard is more than just charts—it is a tool for clarity. You will be responsible for end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and translating business requirements into visual excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain interactive, high-performance executive dashboards in Power BI.
- Perform comprehensive data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of complex healthcare datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into visual metrics.
- Optimize existing Power BI data models and DAX queries to improve report performance and scalability.
- Automate reporting workflows to provide real-time updates for leadership review.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, outliers, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Maintain documentation for data lineage, report logic, and dashboard user guides.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Power BI Developer, preferably in the healthcare or clinical data sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling).
- Strong understanding of SQL for complex data extraction and transformation.
- Proven ability to clean, manipulate, and validate large, disparate datasets.
- Demonstrated experience in data visualization design principles with a focus on UX.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, especially regarding healthcare records.
