Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and stakeholder use
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into optimized data models
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and data visualization requirements
- Implement DAX calculations and maintain data model integrity
- Create automated reporting workflows to ensure timely data delivery
- Analyze trends and anomalies to provide actionable business recommendations
- Document data processes and maintain BI solution documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data modeling
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex query optimization skills
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL processes
- Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in Power BI or related BI tools preferred
