- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives
- Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop and DAX for complex datasets
- Develop ETL processes to transform and integrate data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems
- Implement security protocols and access controls for sensitive financial data
- Monitor and maintain Power BI solutions for optimal performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop/Service
- Strong understanding of data modeling and relational database concepts
- Experience with financial reporting and business intelligence tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
