Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive, high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data models and visualization specs.
- Perform advanced data preparation, cleansing, and transformation using Power Query (M) and DAX.
- Optimize DAX queries and data models to ensure lightning-fast dashboard performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data gaps and improve reporting accuracy.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage data gateway configurations.
- Provide technical documentation and user training for developed BI solutions.
Kualifikasi
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX scripting.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and star/snowflake schemas.
- Experience with data modeling tools and best practices in report design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
