Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with US Data Team requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical data solutions
- Optimize data models and ETL processes for performance and accuracy
- Create interactive visualizations that drive data-informed decision making
- Provide ongoing support and training for Power BI end-users
- Implement data governance best practices and documentation standards
- Stay current with Power BI advancements and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Power BI development experience
- Expert knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation tools
- Proven ability to work independently during nightshift hours
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification in Power BI (PL-300) or equivalent preferred
