- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that meet business requirements.
- Manage and optimize data sources from SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud-based platforms.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain data models using Power Query, DAX, and SQL to support reporting needs.
- Perform data validation and QA to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Document reporting processes, data mappings, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end users, promoting self-service BI capabilities.
- Continuously monitor and improve report performance and usability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report design.
- Solid SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
