Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our growing data team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into intuitive, high-performance dashboards and reports. Additionally, you will serve as a technical mentor to junior team members and contribute to establishing best practices in BI development.
Key Technologies: Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics), Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Power BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into insightful dashboards and reports.
- Optimize data models, DAX queries, and data loading processes for maximum performance and scalability.
- Implement data security measures, including row-level security, to protect sensitive information.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
- Manage Power BI Service environments, including workspaces, data gateways, and scheduled data refreshes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources, models, and reports.
- Stay current with the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends to continually enhance our BI capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with at least 5 years specializing in Power BI.
- Expert-level knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead technical initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI or data analytics are a plus.
