As a Support & Maintenance Analyst, you will play a critical role in resolving data issues, maintaining report integrity, and continuously optimizing our BI infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Perform routine maintenance and optimization of existing Power BI datasets to ensure peak performance and data accuracy.
- Manage data refresh schedules and proactively address gateway or connectivity errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical enhancements.
- Conduct data validation checks to ensure report integrity and consistency across multiple sources.
- Maintain documentation for BI solutions, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding report functionality and navigation.
- Implement security best practices and ensure proper access control for sensitive business intelligence reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a Power BI development or support role.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices (Star/Snowflake schemas).
- Demonstrated experience in SQL and working with various data sources (Azure, SQL Server, Excel, APIs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule and maintain productivity in a WFH environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Azure Analysis Services or Power BI Service administration is a significant advantage.
