Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive maintenance and repair schedules for generator sets and related power equipment.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure electrical systems are functioning within safety and efficiency guidelines.
- Conduct quality control monitoring to maintain optimal electricity supply and stability.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage technical documentation, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and system performance updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade power distribution systems and enhance current infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with national electrical safety standards and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in power distribution, generator maintenance, or facility electrical management.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and control panels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex electrical issues.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and industrial maintenance software.
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site technical tasks effectively.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (K3) protocols.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
