Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in power electronics research and development
- Proven track record of leading research teams and managing complex technical projects
- Strong expertise in power conversion systems, semiconductor devices, and thermal management
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and publish technical papers
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with industry-standard simulation tools and laboratory equipment
