Join Lintasarta's dynamic team as a Power Engineer and become instrumental in optimizing electrical systems within critical data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of power efficiency, reliability, and safety for our server environments. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical distribution systems, power quality management, and sustainable energy solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for electrical infrastructure maintenance, capacity planning, and emergency response protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient electrical systems for data center/server environments
- Conduct regular power audits to identify optimization opportunities and reduce energy consumption
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical distribution networks, including UPS systems, generators, and PDU infrastructure
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for critical power equipment
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and industry safety standards
- Collaborate with facility teams on capacity planning and infrastructure expansion projects
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Respond to power-related incidents with rapid diagnostic and resolution procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in power engineering for data centers or critical facilities
- Professional certification in power systems (e.g., PE, CEM, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency with electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.) and power monitoring systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes and international standards (IEC, NFPA)
- Experience with UPS systems, backup generators, and power distribution units
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical documentation and team collaboration
