We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically proficient professional to support the critical operations and maintenance activities of our power station located in Melaka. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in aligning daily plant activities with the Group’s vision and mission to deliver reliable energy.
Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless, safe, and efficient operation of power generation assets. You will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control the daily operations of the power plant to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery, generators, and electrical systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational equipment failures to minimize downtime and production losses.
- Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and operational logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and environmental standards set by the government.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in power plant operations, maintenance, or a related engineering field.
- Valid technical certification or license relevant to power generation operations.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA or equivalent local standards.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using SCADA systems, maintenance software, and basic diagnostic tools.
