Your expertise will directly impact business efficiency by troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing workflows, and maintaining robust governance frameworks for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) to ensure stability and performance
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
- Execute application deployments, version controls, and configuration changes
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Power Platform solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, solutions, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement business solutions
- Monitor environment health and implement optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience with DevOps practices for Power Platform deployments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security best practices
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
