We're looking for a dynamic professional with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the full Power Platform ecosystem. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications, automating workflows with Power Automate, and leveraging Dataverse to create efficient data models. Your technical prowess will directly impact our clients' ability to solve complex business challenges and achieve their digital goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Create and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications to meet specific business requirements
- Develop efficient data models and solutions using Dataverse
- Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate with various systems and services
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Platform development and implementation
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) configuration and customization
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and related services is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 are highly desirable
