Tanggung Jawab
- Design, analyze, and implement power system solutions for industrial and commercial applications
- Conduct load flow studies, short circuit analysis, and protection coordination
- Develop and maintain power system models using industry-standard software (ETAP, PSS/E)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power systems with renewable energy sources
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical standards and regulations
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and project specifications
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and energy efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in power system design and analysis
- Proficiency in power system simulation tools (ETAP, PSS/E, DIgSILENT)
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards, NEC, and Indonesian electrical regulations
- Experience with renewable energy integration and smart grid technologies
- Certification in Power Systems Engineering (e.g., PE, CEng) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
