Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor power plant systems to ensure continuous energy supply
- Perform routine maintenance on boilers, generators, and HVAC equipment
- Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot operational issues
- Implement safety procedures and compliance with environmental regulations
- Document equipment performance and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system efficiency
- Respond to emergency power outages and equipment failures
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in power plant operations
- Certification in HVAC or power generation systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and mechanical components
- Ability to work under pressure and follow safety protocols
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Valid driver's license and clean criminal record
