Nityo Infotech is actively seeking an experienced PPCI Manager to join our esteemed client in the Manufacturing Industry. This is a pivotal opportunity for a strategic leader to oversee and optimize our client's warehouse and supply chain operations. As a PPCI Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods, from raw material procurement to final product delivery. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure that production targets are met with precision.
In this role, you will lead a team of supply chain professionals, analyzing market trends to develop robust production plans and inventory strategies. You will act as the bridge between the warehouse and procurement teams, ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet fluctuating production demands without incurring unnecessary holding costs. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Production Planning and Control (PPC) strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
- Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5+ years in a managerial role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
