As our PPIC Engineering Specialist, you will act as the backbone of our production lifecycle, bridging the gap between engineering designs and manufacturing execution. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring material flow to ensure that our complex furniture projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of furniture projects.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Design teams to translate technical drawings into actionable production plans.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and raw material requirements to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Optimize inventory levels of furniture components and hardware to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Analyze production performance data and implement process improvements to increase operational output.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of supplies for scheduled manufacturing phases.
- Prepare comprehensive production progress reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in PPIC or Production Planning within a furniture or wood-manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, assembly, and finishing.
- Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and production tracking.
- Ability to read and interpret technical furniture blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang, Banten.
