- Develop and implement production planning strategies to ensure timely delivery of fashion products
- Manage and optimize inventory control processes to minimize costs and avoid stockouts
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales departments to align production plans with sales forecasts
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Utilize ERP systems and other tools for effective planning and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and supply chain challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
