Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory turnover
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality departments to maintain material flow
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methodologies
- Train and mentor production staff on efficient equipment operation and work standards
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, production yield, and on-time delivery
- Prepare production reports for management review and strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and JIT methodologies
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
- Experience working in automotive or electronics manufacturing preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
