In this critical role, you will be the heartbeat of our production floor, ensuring that our electrical manufacturing workflows run with precision, efficiency, and zero downtime.
As a PPIC Staff member, you will take ownership of the master production schedule, balancing inventory levels with manufacturing capacity to meet strict deadlines. You will bridge the gap between procurement, warehouse operations, and production teams, using your technical expertise to solve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource utilization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) for all electrical assembly lines.
- Convert manufacturing orders based on sales forecasts and actual inventory data.
- Monitor the flow of electrical components to ensure timely availability for production.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to track raw material lead times and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory.
- Prepare regular production status reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in PPIC or Production Planning within an electrical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical components, assembly processes, and manufacturing workflows.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or customized production software).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across different departments.
