Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive master production schedules for electrical components
- Create and release manufacturing orders based on production capacity and material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation for electrical materials
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineering teams for BOM updates and technical specifications
- Generate performance reports including capacity utilization and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material availability
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes and components
- Experience in capacity planning and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
