As a PPIC Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning and inventory control to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly. You will work closely with the production team and supply chain department to optimize resource allocation and meet delivery deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating and updating production schedules based on customer orders and available capacity.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with the garment production lines to ensure alignment between planning and actual output.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output tracking and waste reports.
- Generate and analyze weekly or monthly production reports to identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure all inventory documentation complies with company policies and standards.
- Support the PPIC manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the garment manufacturing or textile industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP B1) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic factory environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of organization.
