Join Porto Indonesia Sejahtera as our PPIC Staff and become a key player in optimizing our production planning and inventory control systems. Based in our Tangerang plant, you'll ensure seamless manufacturing operations by coordinating material flows, scheduling production, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role is critical for minimizing costs, reducing waste, and meeting customer delivery targets. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize material usage and workflow efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Generate and analyze production reports to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Collaborate with logistics to coordinate material movements and distribution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
