Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to minimize excess stock and prevent shortages.
- Analyze production performance metrics and identify bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee daily production planning activities and adjust schedules based on machine availability and workforce capacity.
- Manage capacity planning to align production output with demand forecasts.
- Generate comprehensive analytical reports on inventory accuracy, production progress, and material utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing software).
- Expert-level capability in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a strong advantage.
