We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPIC Supervisor to join our team at Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia. In this key position, you will be responsible for the creation and monitoring of production planning, as well as the management of critical resources including Raw Materials, Packaging, and Supporting Materials for our Medan Plant. You will serve as the central hub for supply chain coordination, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
As a PPIC Supervisor, you will drive operational efficiency by analyzing production data and implementing improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to align with plant capacity and customer demand.
- Monitor and track inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and supporting materials to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of essential inputs.
- Analyze production reports and data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage the PPIC documentation and maintain accurate records of material requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a PPIC, Production Planning, or Supply Chain role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast production needs accurately.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide the team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
