Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts or overstock scenarios.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, and production departments to align supply with demand.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the PPIC team to ensure operational targets are met.
- Maintain accurate data integrity within the ERP system to ensure reliable reporting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout all warehouse and production planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Just-in-Time (JIT), and demand forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
