Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis to support project feasibility studies and due diligence.
- Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents, project proposals, and business cases.
- Perform market research and benchmarking analysis relevant to PPP initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, track key performance indicators, and update stakeholders on progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with PPP concepts, infrastructure projects, or financial modeling is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
