Are you a seasoned quality professional looking to lead high-impact manufacturing initiatives? Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PQA Technical Superintendent to join our expanding team in Senai, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical lead responsible for ensuring our production quality remains world-class while driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing floor.
As our PQA Technical Superintendent, you will spearhead cross-functional teams to resolve complex production quality issues, manage rigorous internal and external audits, and implement strategies that significantly enhance product yield. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to excellence, ensuring that every product exceeds customer quality expectations and adheres to international industry standards.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical acumen to mentor junior staff while working closely with engineering and operations departments to streamline manufacturing processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the Production Quality Assurance (PQA) team to ensure seamless adherence to quality management systems.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production-related quality defects.
- Manage customer quality audits and represent the company during high-stakes quality reviews and performance assessments.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, driving yield improvement and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering to validate new product introductions (NPI) from a quality perspective.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with company standards and ISO regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence through mentorship and ongoing training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
- Deep understanding of quality tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proven track record in managing customer audits and resolving complex technical quality issues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and inspire technical teams.
- Proficiency in relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or industry-specific electronics standards).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; capability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
