Tanggung Jawab
- Execute quality control protocols for laser and optical components
- Perform product testing, calibration, and failure analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain quality documentation and compliance records
- Implement process improvements for manufacturing efficiency
- Train production staff on quality standards and procedures
- Support new product introduction and validation processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing quality or production engineering
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Proficiency in measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, spectrometers)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of laser/optical component manufacturing processes
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
