Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic vision and development of Cloud & Data practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex cloud migration, modernization, and data analytics projects.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices for cloud infrastructure and data governance.
- Drive P&L responsibility, including business development, pricing strategy, and resource allocation.
- Engage with key stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and provide high-level technical consulting.
- Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership or practice lead role.
- Strong expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern data architectures.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Expert, PMP, PgMP) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
