As a key frontline team member, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing warm, personalized service to every guest. You'll be responsible for accurately processing orders, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the dining area. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Present menus and provide detailed product information to guests
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) consistently
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
