Tanggung Jawab
- Screen passengers and carry‑on baggage prior to boarding using X‑ray and metal‑detection equipment.
- Enforce aviation security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify and respond to prohibited items or security threats, escalating as required.
- Maintain accurate records of screenings, incidents, and daily logs.
- Provide excellent customer service, guiding passengers through the screening process.
- Coordinate with airport staff, airlines, and law enforcement to support smooth operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and drills to stay current with security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- No prior security or aviation experience required – comprehensive training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light baggage.
- Must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work pass.
