Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in assigned pre-clinical medical subjects
- Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials, and assessment methodologies
- Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in academic and professional development
- Participate in curriculum review, accreditation processes, and faculty committees
- Collaborate with clinical partners to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications
- Supervise student research projects and thesis development
Kualifikasi
- Postgraduate degree (Master's or PhD) in relevant medical discipline
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with APC certification
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in higher education
- Excellent command of English language with strong presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and student engagement techniques
- Registration with relevant medical council (if applicable)
- Demonstrated commitment to innovative teaching methodologies
