In this role, you will perform thorough inspections of new vehicles before they are handed over to customers. You will check all aspects of the vehicle, from mechanical and electrical systems to interior and exterior finish. - Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections on all incoming vehicles to ensure they meet manufacturer and company quality standards.
- Check vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, and air conditioning for proper operation.
- Perform visual inspections for paint defects, body panel alignment, interior trim, and overall cosmetic condition.
- Verify that all vehicle options, accessories, and features are installed and functioning correctly.
- Document and report any defects or discrepancies found during inspection and coordinate with the service department for necessary repairs.
- Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and follow all safety protocols.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models and inspection procedures to continuously improve quality.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive inspection, service, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills to report issues and interact with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and ability to test drive vehicles.
