Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to property owners in pre-foreclosure status.
- Engage prospects with empathy to understand their financial and property needs.
- Accurately document all interactions and lead status updates in our CRM.
- Perform preliminary property research to assess equity and viability for acquisition.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversion.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while negotiating with potentially distressed individuals.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to transition qualified leads for closing.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or real estate acquisition.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working with CRM software.
