Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive pre-opening operational plans and timelines for the new Kopitiam and Café.
- Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process to build a high-performing team.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen, service, and back-of-house operations.
- Manage vendor negotiations, procurement, and quality control for food and beverage supplies.
- Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a successful launch strategy.
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage the initial operational budget and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability during the launch.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, specifically in opening new F&B outlets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Kopitiams, Cafés, restaurants, or food courts.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and local hospitality regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and operational management software.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
