Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the packaging sector
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
- Present and sell pre-print packaging solutions to potential and current clients
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contract agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other languages is a plus
