This critical role focuses on engaging with prospective customers who express intent to cancel their orders, implementing targeted retention strategies to preserve valuable business relationships. You'll manage the outbound Save and Value (SAV) queue, ensuring timely and empathetic customer outreach while identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns, develop tailored solutions, and improve retention metrics. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer retention or sales support
