Are you a technical expert with a passion for Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC)? Ideal Systems is looking for a talented Pre Sales and Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our clients and our solutions, helping to architect robust systems that enhance business communication.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to understand client needs, designing tailored AV/UC solutions, and creating detailed specifications, drawings, and quotes. You will also play a key role in delivering professional client presentations and providing post-sales technical support. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect custom AV/UC solutions based on client requirements and budgets.
- Create comprehensive technical specifications, system layout drawings, and wiring diagrams using CAD tools.
- Assist the sales team in preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical queries during the sales process.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest AV/UC industry trends and technology innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Pre Sales, System Engineering, or Technical Support within the AV/UC industry.
- Strong knowledge of video conferencing, VoIP, and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site visits.
