Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
  • 5+ years in pre-sales or technical sales with 2+ years in management/supervisory role
  • Deep expertise in physical security systems: access control, video surveillance, perimeter security, and integrated platforms
  • Proven track record in solution selling for enterprise clients across commercial, industrial, or government sectors
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex system architectures and integrations
  • Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
