Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for HR solutions? Paydaes Sdn Bhd, an emerging leader in HRMS SaaS based in Malaysia, is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are currently developing a next-generation, multi-tenant Cloud HRMS platform designed to redefine workplace efficiency. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technical product team and our potential clients, demonstrating the immense value of our software through consultative engagement.

You will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by delivering high-impact product demonstrations, addressing complex technical requirements, and ensuring that our solutions perfectly align with the unique needs of our customers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead engaging and professional product demonstrations for prospective clients, highlighting key HRMS features and business value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and respond to RFPs with technical precision.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and translate them into tailored software solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between client requirements and product development by providing feedback to the engineering team.
  • Manage the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle, including Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Keep abreast of industry trends in cloud-based HR technology and local Malaysian employment laws to provide informed consultancy.
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless post-sales transition.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success, preferably within the SaaS or HRTech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, consultative approach to selling.
  • Proficiency in HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management) is a significant advantage.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
