Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives
- Design and present comprehensive solution architectures that address customer needs and demonstrate product value
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and technical workshops for sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies
- Provide technical expertise during contract negotiations and assist in closing complex deals
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, technical decision-makers, and influencers
- Support post-sales transition by providing technical context and ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles
- Strong understanding of software development principles, cloud computing, and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and solution design methodologies is highly desirable
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team mindset
- Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific business environment and multicultural teams is advantageous
