Are you a technical expert with a passion for driving sales success? Comworks is looking for a dynamic and strategic Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and client business needs, acting as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Sales team to translate customer requirements into high-impact, tailored solutions. You will demonstrate the value of our technology through compelling product presentations, proof-of-concepts, and technical deep-dives. We are looking for someone who can simplify complex technical concepts and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and qualify business requirements.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that address specific client challenges.
  • Manage the Proof of Concept (POC) process to validate solution viability.
  • Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP) and technical bids.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on market needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams in closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Professional certifications in relevant technical fields (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, or equivalent) are a distinct advantage.
