Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver technical presentations, live demos, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops focusing on cloud-native and container technologies.
- Assist in the development of RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cloud computing, Kubernetes, and DevOps to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Evaluate and recommend technical improvements to our product offerings based on market feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud-native technologies, specifically containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and infrastructure as code.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and onsite engagements.
