Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Provide technical expertise and product training to the sales team.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Assist in the design and architecture of technical solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Sales.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with CRM tools and documentation software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
